Wonderful villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, garage and stunning views in Cantoria. This magnificent home is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Cantoria, around 5 minutes from Cantoria or Partaloa center, towns where all the amenities are found, 10 minutes from Albox and Olula del Río, larger commercial towns and approximately 30 minutes from the coast. The plot is accessed through an electric gate that leads to the gravelled drive way with enough parking space for several vehicles. On the right hand side is a carport and in front is a garage with enough space for a vehicle and storage as well as another room currently used as a log store.To the rear of the house there is a fly free area over looking the swimming pool with beautiful views of mountains. This space is an extra living area. The entrance door opens to a spacious and bright hallway, to the left of which is a good-sized lounge/ diner that benefits from a open fireplace and air conditioning. From the lounge is the bright and airy fitted kitchen that has a pantry and also access to a covered terrace at the front of the house. Back into the kitchen a hallway gives access to all the bedrooms and the bathroom. To the right is the huge master bedroom with air conditioning, a large dressing room and a fantastic ensuite shower.
