The house is located in a quiet street a few minutes drive, or slightly longer walk, in to Arboleas where all amenities can be found such as: shops, supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, banks, etc. The market towns of Albox and Huercal-Overa are 15 minutes away where all the larger shops and supermarkets are. The beautiful beaches of Almería are only a 20-30 minute drive away. A sliding gate leads to the driveway of the house, where there is also a pedestrian gate. Next to the house there is the large carport with covering for two cars and plenty of room for further parking. The front door leads through a covered entrance to the hall of the house. Behind the house there is a nice covered terrace accessible from the kitchen and the living room overlooking the 10X5 swimming pool. The swimming pool was completely renovated last year and has under water lighting. The pool area is completely enclosed by low fencing.
