We are very proud to offer for sale, this very large off-grid country house, which was fully reformed 2 years ago, however the facia still requires to be done.  The house is large (240m2) with a vast amount of land (202,000m2). The house has brand new uPVC windows fitted, new electrics, plumbing, flooring, and internal walls have all been plastered smooth etc.  The new owner just needs to add the render of their choice to the outside, and install an up to date solar system (currently, the owners use a generator when they need power).  Downstairs has two living rooms, with one being a large kitchen/diner/living space which is stunning.  3 of the bedrooms are downstairs, as is the current bathroom. In addition, Villena produces Fondillón, a sweet and dense wine from Alicante. It is made with Monastrell grapes and is ideal to accompany desserts and sweets. If you like hiking, we suggest you explore the Sierra de Salinas with children. The Sierra de Salinas is considered the most important geographical feature of the municipality of Villena and one of the main natural areas of the upper Vinalopó.
